Simple to set up
EVA online registration is simple to set-up. We develop a registration page to match your web-site (we can of course design and build the website too), and if you are looking to take money we put in place the gateway necessary.
Easy to register
To register, delegates click through to the registration page, can set their own password and re-visit their registration as often as they need. This means you could invite your delegates to register early (early bird discount), take their money, inviting them back to choose sessions from a programme nearer the event. In the event your audience is unable to register or pay effectively online, AMA’s team is available to talk them through the process and/or input the data on their behalf.
Instant, flexible, targeted marketing
Your invitation data can be filtered and segmented for targeted email marketing. We can send invitations and reminders as required. As delegates register, the balance can be e-mailed offering further specific incentives to attend. In addition, we can support your post event analysis with an online critique, managed for up to three months after the event, with an invitation to attendees to complete. The analysis has a reporting function too, enabling you to see stats upon which you can base your decisions for your next event.
Save money on venues & accommodation
EVA can set-up any number of venues and places for accommodation for each of your events. AMA can support you in selecting a venue, offering you a full report on how this meets your objectives, then making reservations on your behalf. This service is FREE.
When accommodation is included, EVA will allocate rooms as registrations are received, considering each persons requirements smoking/non-smoking, disabled access, double occupancy etc. When a percentage of rooms remain, we can help you source more, or allocate rooms in different hotels. This means that you are always best placed to source more accommodation the minute you need it, or indeed release accommodation (subject to contractual terms) promptly, so you spend less. This alone could save you hundreds, if not thousands, on a larger event with overnight stay.
People attend events for the content – get it right!
Programme, the right audience and timing are the three key factors fundamental to the success of any event. We understand programmes evolve. EVA enables you to post programme changes up until the event. The programme is displayed with a view of the synopsis, speaker biographies, and a summary outlining who the presentation would best suit. This helps your delegate to attend sessions he really wants to attend, making for better feed-back for you.

Delegates can choose sessions as they require and session data is automatically added to delegate confirmation details. You can see, at any time, who has registered for each session and adjust your promotion of sessions accordingly. This also enables you to make prompt decisions on your meeting space requirements, and to add/delete meeting space as required. Finally, you can take this data and determine which sessions were most often selected and why. This of course helps you refine the programme for the following year.

As a Client, you have a password protected portal to the system you can access from any PC with internet access. You can readily view details of registrations, income and accommodation requested. With this information we can tweak marketing campaigns accordingly, and adjust pricing.

Badge generation
Badges can be generated from the system in paper format for mailing, or on card for more prestigious events including logo/s, and segmentation by way of colour coding, if required.
For some events, in particular exhibition management, we can send badges pre-event to improve the speed of the registration process onsite.
